Tôm rim bơ tỏi béo thơm ngất ngây "con gà tây". Những con tôm được bóc sạch vỏ trông tươi roi rói, rim cùng bơ tỏi và ngấm đều được chất ngọt của nước dùng gà nên càng thêm hấp dẫn.
Tôm rửa sạch, bóc vỏ, bỏ chỉ đen. Theo mình thì không nên rửa tôm đã bóc vỏ vì sẽ làm làm trôi đi nhiều chất dinh dưỡng của tôm.
Đun chảy 2 muỗng canh bơ, cho tôm vào chảo, nêm vào 1/2 muỗng cà phê muối, 1/3 muỗng cà phê tiêu, đảo đều khoảng 2-3 phút với lửa vừa cho tôm chuyển màu đỏ thì tắt bếp, cho tôm ra để riêng. Sau đó tỏi băm vào chảo, phi thơm rồi thêm vào 60ml nước dùng gà, 20ml nước cốt chanh, đun đến khi lượng nước còn 1/2 thì cho 6 muỗng canh bơ vào, đun chảy bơ. Tiếp đến cho tôm vào rim lửa nhỏ. Khi hỗn hợp gần cạn thì cho vào ngò tây, xóc đều lên rồi tắt bếp.
