Mua gà về, chặt miếng vừa ăn, rửa sạch gà và để ráo. Ướp vào gà các loại gia vị trong vòng 10 phút cho gà thấm.
Bật bếp, bắt chảo lên bếp. Cho vào chảo 1 muỗng canh đường để thắng nước màu. Hạ nhỏ lửa, đun cho đường cháy cho đến khi có màu cánh gián. Tắt bếp, cho gà đã ướp vào xào săn.
Dùng đũa đảo đều gà cho nước màu áo đều gà tạo nên 1 màu vàng vô cùng đẹp mắt. Cho 100ml nước vào chảo, dậy nắp lại nấu cho gà chín.
Trong khi chờ gà chín. Lấy gừng gạo sạch vỏ, rửa sạch, và cắt sợi nhuyễn.
Đun gà tầm 10 phút thấy nước gà cạn sền sện, thì cho gừng cắt sợi vào. Tắt bếp, cho 1 muỗng bột ngọt vào và nêm nếm lại cho vừa ăn.
Tự thắng nước màu thì sau khi kho gà sẽ lên màu vàng cực kì hấp dẫn. Múc gà ra, rắc tiêu xay lên gà và ăn với cơm nóng. Chúc mọi người thành công!
